THE NEGOTIATOR programme

The Negotiator is a unique, experiential training and coaching programme designed to empower you, or perhaps your team, to take control and maximise profit in all types of negotiations.


I believe learning is best achieved by doing! That is why I have created an immersive and highly interactive learning experience guaranteed to take you on a journey to push you out of your comfort zone, challenge your behaviour and provide you with a process that will put you on the front foot of all your negotiations.


In order to achieve optimal results you need to take action. One month after the workshop a coaching session will be arranged to embed learning, encourage you to take accountability and will give you an opportunity to reflect, plan and prepare for your negotiations. 


This programme is for individuals and small to medium sized businesses across all sectors looking to improve their negotiation skills, grow in confidence and significantly enhance their bottom line!

Programme Outline

RESEARCH

This will comprise of a series of structured telephone or face-to-face interviews allowing us to get a better understanding of the internal and external context of your negotiations and the development needs of the population to be trained. 



PRE-WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES

All delegates will receive pre-workshop objectives which must be completed prior to the workshop. This allows us to deepen our understanding of the development needs of the individual.



THE NEGOTIATOR WORKSHOP

The workshop is a one day essential skills programme designed to push a maximum of eight delegates out of their comfort zone and provide them with the core skills, process, tools and behaviours to negotiate effectively. Delegates will prepare, conduct and analyse negotiations through video feedback which will highlight the appropriateness and inappropriateness of their behaviour.



PERSONAL REPORT

Post workshop delegates will receive a report providing guidance and advice on areas for development already identified at the end of the workshop.



COACHING

Following the workshop the delegates receive one-to-one coaching to discuss and support the transfer of learning into the work place. This takes place one month after the workshop either face to face or by telephone.


We truly believe that people, unless coached, never reach their maximum capabilities and that is why we offer additional coaching packages to help you and/or your team become complete skilled negotiators.
