The Negotiator Programme is a unique, immersive and highly interactive learning experience guaranteed to take you on a journey, push you out of your comfort zone, challenge your behaviour and provide you with a process that will put you on the front foot of all your negotiations.


As a delegate you will receive a repertoire of practical and focused skills to deal with your day-to-day business challenges – whether working within a rigid framework or where there is scope for creativity. You will go on a journey which covers all the psychological, emotional and tactical aspects of negotiation. 


The workshop is an experience which will challenge and change behaviour which ultimately gives people the confidence to negotiate effectively in all types of negotiations.

Research

This will comprise of a series of structured telephone or face-to-face interviews allowing us to get a better understanding of the internal and external context of your negotiations and the development needs of the population to be trained. 


All delegates will receive pre-workshop objectives which must be completed prior to the workshop. This allows us to deepen our understanding of the development needs of the individual.

Workshop

A one or two day essential skills workshop designed to push delegates out of their comfort zone and provide them with the core skills, process, tools and behaviours to negotiate effectively. 


Delegates will prepare, conduct and analyse negotiations through video feedback which will highlight the appropriateness and inappropriateness of their behaviour.

Coaching

Following the workshop the delegates receive one-to-one coaching to discuss and support the transfer of learning into the work place. This takes place 4-6 weeks after the workshop either face to face or by telephone.


I truly believe that people, unless coached, never reach their maximum capabilities and that is why I offer additional coaching packages to help you and/or your team become complete skilled negotiators.
